Empower Métis families as a Family Connections Program Navigator, working remotely to enhance access to cultural resources and support services. Connect children, families, and communities across British Columbia.
This full time remote role engages a Navigator in supporting Métis families, focusing on cultural connection, educational resources, and child care. You will facilitate community outreach and document needs, creating a supportive workplace for children aged birth to 8 years. Building relationships among families is a core responsibility, as well as advocating for inclusive programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Enroll families in the Métis Family Connections Program
Conduct outreach to assess family needs




Collaborate to organize family events and gatherings
Maintain current knowledge of MNBC programs
Provide educational guidance to families and community
Requirements:
Diploma in Education or relevant field
Minimum three years of related experience
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
Utilize your experience to enhance cultural connection and support for Métis families and children in British Columbia.
