We are seeking a qualified, friendly, and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our dental team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
Greet patients promptly and courteously upon arrival
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely, friendly manner
Schedule and confirm appointments according to clinic protocols
Process payments and handle insurance billing
Verify procedure codes and enter them accurately into practice management software
Update patient information and manage records accurately
Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, billing, and scheduling
Perform general administrative tasks to support daily clinic operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required)
Fluent in English and French (required)
Healthcare administration experience is an asset
Experience with dental practice management software is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and organized
Comfortable handling sensitive patient information with confidentiality
