Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and IT requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
Work with users and technical teams to identify and resolve incidents.
Perform system analysis, testing, implementation, and documentation.
Maintain IT systems, applications, and related documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, system performance, and efficiency.
Prepare reports and dashboards based on IT and business data.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical support and issue resolution.
Follow IT security, compliance, and company policies.
Provide user support and technical guidance when required.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of databases and SQL.
Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
