Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and evaluation of global perks programs

Oversee pension plan audit processes and employee training

Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance preferred
Over 7 years of relevant benefits experience
Proficient in Excel and data analysis techniques
Knowledge of Oracle HCM or equivalent platforms
Excellent management and communication skills
