We are looking for an experienced AP Clerk to support full cycle Accounts Payable for a block of company entities. Working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment, a successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a high-volume workplace. You must possess a good level of expertise in Excel and Accounting Systems

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Enter Vendor Invoices Daily
Review AP Inbox daily, save invoices & respond to queries in a timely manner.
Apply AP Payments
Reconcile Vendor Statements
Prepare batches in Dynamics for cheque run.




Review vendor statements and respond to queries related to AP in a timely manner.
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Administration tasks assigned.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in finance, commerce or accounting
Minimum 2 years relevant Accounts Payable experience
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Good working knowledge of excel.
Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics/ Business Central/Navision an asset.
Must be able to work in a fast paced workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
