Role Responsibilities

Evaluate, review, and debug code and technical content generated by advanced AI models across various engineering problems.

Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.

Work through system design and complex algorithmic challenges to push model capabilities forward.

Provide explicit, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.

Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience.

Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.

Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
