Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience. Hands-on experience supporting and developing ITSM and CSM modules. Strong experience building server-side and client-side ServiceNow customizations| including business rules| script includes| client scripts| UI policies| and related framework components. Practical experience with Flow Designer and ATF. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model| catalog workflow concepts| forms| lists| notifications| and role-based access controls. Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with cross-functional teams.



Preferred to have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM| andor CSM. Hands on experience working on custom OOB functionalities related to Finance domain. Experience with integrations using RESTSOAP APIs| IntegrationHub| MID Server| or scripted integrations. Experience with performance troubleshooting| set-up of platform best practices| and governance of customization standards.
