Job DescriptionThe A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Quality Supervisor (Evening Shift) to join our quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).You will be part of the Quality team and your role as Quality Supervisor (Evening Shift) includes:Exercising leadership in alignment with the company's vision and values; Working effectively under pressure and engaging your team to meet strict deadlines; Managing your team's performance using KPIs; Managing workload and individual performance of unionized employees; Ensuring continuous improvement, notably through application of problem‑solving processes; Coaching your team (15–25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization; Identifying,



documentingand standardizing key processes that lead to achieving objectives; Optimizing knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization; RequirementsYou have management experience in a unionized environment, in manufacturing (quality department is an asset) or preferably in the aerospace industry; You possess excellent management skills; You demonstrate leadership, judgment, flexibility and can work with minimal supervision; You are results‑oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure and have a robust sense of urgency; You have strong communication skills; You have a good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement; You are proficient in French and English; #J-18808-Ljbffr
