Key Responsibilities:



- Provide expert guidance and representation to union members - Lead grievances and manage collective agreement interpretation - Facilitate educational workshops for members and stewards - Act as chief spokesperson during negotiations - Prepare cases for arbitration and administrative tribunal hearings
Requirements: - Graduate degree in Labour Relations or similar field - Minimum five years of relevant Labour Relations experience - Strong understanding of trade union principles and values - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working directly with trade unions preferred
