This in office full time role requires oversight of avionics program development, coordinating input from engineering teams to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with aerospace engineering standards while tracking project progress and milestones throughout the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee integrated product development for avionics systems
Maintain thorough technical plans, estimates, and schedules
Coordinate Systems, Software, Hardware, and Mechanical teams
Manage internal and external design reviews
Monitor alignment of project activities with objectives

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience in Project Management
Knowledge of aerospace standards, including DO-178
Solid leadership and customer management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
