Key Responsibilities:
Administer and interpret collective agreements and policies
Foster relationships with unionized and administrative groups




Manage grievances, appeals, and investigations
Compile data for departmental planning and reporting
Facilitate training on collective agreements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Five years of experience in a unionized labour relations role
Extensive knowledge of employment legislation
Robust critical thinking and conflict management skills
Experience with Indigenous ways of knowing preferred
