About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized qualified to join our Student Services team. As a Financial Aid Officer, you will support students in navigating financial aid options—including OSAP—and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and institutional requirements.

Your Impact:
Guide students through the financial aid process with empathy and clarity
Accurately assess eligibility and assist with OSAP applications and reviews
Liaise with ministry officials, student advisors, and campus leadership
Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and privacy standards
Deliver timely,



qualified support that keeps students informed and empowered

What You Bring:
Previous experience working in a financial aid or student services role (college or university setting preferred)
Solid understanding of OSAP, financial assistance programs, and ministry reporting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office and student information systems
Bonus: Familiarity with Ontario Private Career College operations
