Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted partnerships with management across Alberta
Provide strategic HR advice for organizational performance
Identify workforce trends and risks affecting service delivery

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Five years of progressive HR experience in advisory roles
Experience with employee relations and organizational change
Knowledge of employment legislation
Willingness to travel and maintain versatile schedule
