Job Description Role Overview : Supports governance, risk management, and control oversight for PAM. Focused on policy, audit, regulatory compliance, and control design.
Key Responsibilities
Support risk and control design assessments across PAM scope
Identify gaps and drive remediation aligned to regulatory/internal standards
Assist in defining, maintaining and documenting PAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks
Support audit and regulatory activities (responses, evidence, remediation tracking, intakes)
Develop metrics, reporting, and control effectiveness insights
Lead the remediation of PAM non-compliance activities
Provide advisory guidance to stakeholders on PAM controls and risk posture
Influence adoption of strong security and risk management practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years in IAM/Privilege Access Management (PAM), Technology Risk, or Information Security
Experience with security controls, audit, and regulatory frameworks
Strong understanding of privileged access governance and risk management
Robust documentation and communication skills
Experience supporting audits and remediation programs
Experience & Education
University degree
Information security certification / accreditation an asset
3-5 years of relevant experience
