As a pivotal team member, the Maintenance Technician will ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests at the 99-room hotel and spa. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance will be highly valued. Daily tasks will include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and guest service interactions, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive maintenance checks in guest rooms
• Fix drywall issues and paint touch-ups as needed
• Manage sauna operations and pool safety
• Troubleshoot kitchen and spa equipment efficiently
• Provide outstanding service in response to guest needs

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in facility maintenance
• Knowledge in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies
