Enhance your career as a Casual Occupational Therapist with our Home Health team in Kelowna, where you will make a significant impact in clients' lives. This role requires a valid BC driver's license and vehicle access.

Working in a team-oriented environment, you will deliver a full spectrum of occupational therapy services, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Your work will promote functional independence across various rehabilitation settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and develop custom treatment strategies
• Implement therapy programs to foster optimal health outcomes
• Educate clients and their families about care processes




• Prescribe necessary equipment to improve quality of life
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and program planning

Requirements:
• Must have a valid BC driver's license
• Personal vehicle for job-related travel is required
• Availability for shifts as needed within the casual model
• Relevant experience in community-based rehabilitation
• Dedication to patient wellness and functional recovery
