Reporting to the Director of Care, the RN will play a vital role in overseeing healthcare delivery and supporting the interdisciplinary team. Focus areas include developing individualized care plans and ensuring compliance with health regulations to enhance residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt and monitor individual care plans for residents
• Engage with families, staff, and health agencies
• Supervise nursing assistants and oversee unit operations
• Ensure compliance with quality indicators and reporting
• Document care accurately while conducting regular rounds

Requirements:
• Active RN certification from Ontario's College of Nurses
• Basic CPR training
• Experience in long-term care settings is a plus
• Excellent communication abilities with a team-oriented mindset
• Consent to undergo TB testing and background checks
