The Peter Lougheed Centre seeks a full-time Physician Assistant in Obstetrics and Gynecology to provide excellent patient care in Calgary. This role will enhance your skills in women’s health and surgical procedures.

Join a energetic team dedicated to supporting patients in Calgary’s northeast. As a Physician Assistant, you will work Monday to Friday, engaging in labor and delivery units and gynecologic surgeries. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a team of Obstetricians, Gynecologists, and other medical professionals to ensure effective patient care in high-demand settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with C-sections and gynecological surgeries
• Perform women’s health history and examinations




• Develop care plans for gynecologic conditions
• Work in collaboration with nurses and physicians
• Address complications of pregnancy for admitted patients

Requirements:
• Recognized Physician Assistant Program completion
• Registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
• Current BCLS certification
• Competency in basic women's health procedures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
