Join Seabird Island as Division Manager, responsible for child and family resilience programs. Provide oversight and strategic direction while fostering community collaboration.
In this full-time position, you will lead and administer programs that focus on strengthening family ties and resilience. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and monitor program delivery. Managing staff, developing care plans, and engaging with community stakeholders will be essential for success. You will also actively pursue funding opportunities to sustain and grow services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee child and family resilience programs strategically
• Manage staff performance and provide mentorship
• Direct compliance with ethical program operations
• Conduct performance evaluations and advocate for staff development
• Lead budget management and resource allocation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related focus
• 3-5 years experience in community-based programs
• Proven ability to manage complex cases
• Solid understanding of child protection principles
• Excellent communication skills
