In this role, you will leverage your extensive construction background to manage multiple projects while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. By working closely with Site Supervisors and field teams, you will navigate challenges effectively to promote sustainable growth in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage remediation projects within Alberta's building envelope sector
• Guide and develop Site Supervisors and construction teams
• Identify and resolve production and procurement challenges




• Ensure effective labor planning and resource allocation
• Represent the field in key client and operational meetings

Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership experience
• Expertise in building-envelope systems and related construction
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams
• Technical acumen and problem-solving skills
• Calgary-based or willing to relocate with travel commitments
