In this position, you will employ psychological theories to develop effective treatment programs tailored to each client's needs. You will communicate your assessments clearly, guiding clients to better manage their mental health challenges. This role also emphasizes good organizational skills paired with the ability to work under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose emotional and cognitive conditions
• Develop and implement targeted intervention programs
• Maintain clear communication of assessment results
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and timely
• Organize a flexible schedule to meet community needs
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the Ontario College of Psychologists
• Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Experience with trauma care is preferred
• Familiarity with assessment standards for correctional programs
• Certified neuropsychologist or expertise in catastrophic assessments is a plus
