Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor elevators for moving and delivery schedules
• Inspect amenity spaces pre- and post-bookings




• Collect and manage waste and recycling effectively
• Execute work orders for minor repairs and maintenance
• Support seasonal work and snow removal efforts

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years in maintenance roles
• Customer service experience an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
