The Alex Community Health Centre in Calgary is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Pathways Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team on a 0.6 FTE, permanent part time basis. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and collaborate with housing-focused and psychiatric services to support participants in achieving health and housing stability.
Reporting to the Clinical Team Lead, you will conduct assessments, deliver health education, and coordinate care in a team-driven, harm-reduction
