As a Junior Foreman, your primary responsibility will involve supporting the Dock Foreman in maintaining daily operations at our Winnipeg Terminal. You'll assist in planning delivery routes within the city and surrounding areas while promoting safety standards and service quality. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, including some weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Dock Foreman to streamline operations
• Plan and execute delivery routes

• Cover Foreman duties as required
