You should have a degree in Horticulture Therapy or equivalent and have completed the internship hours required for certification. • Plan and implement gardening-based activities
• Support residents' holistic health care goals
• Advocate for resident involvement in care decisions

• Collaborate with the Recreation Team to enhance wellness
Requirements:
• Degree in Horticulture Therapy or equivalent
• Completed 480 internship hours
• Eligible for the Canadian Horticulture Therapy Association
• Experience with seniors is an asset
• Knowledge of therapy methods and techniques
