Key Responsibilities:
• Support evidence-based implementation of youth programs
• Engage with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
• Provide equity-focused guidance on service integration




• Monitor and analyze program effectiveness and service gaps
• Deliver training and support on the PreVenture program

Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant health or social service field
• At least three years' experience in mental health or community health
• Expertise in Implementation Science and system changes
• Solid oral/written communication skills
• Experience with youth-focused interventions
