Seeking a Finance Director to strengthen financial management at the Jewish Community Centre during a maternity leave. Play a key role in budgeting and strategic decision-making with a dynamic team.

This full-time position lasts 12-14 months and covers both the Prosserman JCC and Schwartz/Reisman Centre, overseeing a solid finance team. You will partner with the CFO and Board to ensure the smooth operation of a $35 million budget and compliance with financial standards, contributing to the community's vibrant life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate daily financial operations
• Manage budgeting and capital forecasting processes
• Provide financial insights to senior management
• Administer payroll and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Requirements:
• C.A. or C.G.A. qualification
• 5+ years in finance management roles
• Experience in not-for-profits is a plus
• Advanced MS Office and database skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
