Stratford Hall seeks a Vice President of Facilities and Operations to enhance our operational framework in Westmoreland County, VA. Lead financial stewardship and capital project management at this historic site.

In this full time, senior leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of operational and administrative functions at Stratford Hall. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will manage site facilities and grounds, ensuring safety and efficiency, while also supervising business ventures such as the gift shop and event hosting. Your leadership will be critical in fiscal management and strategic planning as Stratford Hall invests in its 1,800-acre campus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the management team, including business operations and maintenance
• Oversee institutional budgets and work closely with the Controller




• Ensure effective facilities, grounds, and security management
• Act as primary contact for capital project initiatives
• Supervise hospitality-related operations and events coordination

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in senior operations management
• Strong background in nonprofit financial management
• Experience with large-scale capital project oversight
• Skilled in supervisory and stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
