Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and administer medications to patients
• Monitor and report patient health status and medication effects
• Respond to emergencies and urgent care situations
• Maintain accurate records and a safe environment

Requirements:
• Registered in good standing as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience in evaluating health information and patient responses
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Knowledge of patient advocacy and care plans
