Degelman Industries LP is searching for individuals to join our team as General Assembly personnel. Purpose of the Job:
To assemble a variety of different products associated with agriculture manufacturing under the direction of the Shift Supervisor.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

Must have the ability to read drawings, blueprints and manuals for the purpose of assembling product.

Must be capable of operating hand and power tools in a safe and productive manner.

Document final quality control inspections.

Must meet or exceed production standards.





Other duties and responsibilities:
Over head crane operation.

Knowledge and Skills:

Possess knowledge of agricultural equipment.

Must be mechanically inclined.

Must be able to use precision-measuring tools accurately.

Must maintain respect and a positive attitude.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must be able to meet Degelman Industries standards.

Working Conditions:

Work in a team environment.

Assemble and alignment of frames and components.

This position requires outdoor work.

This position requires shift work.

Relevant training will be provided.
