The ideal candidate will assist the First Cook by preparing and cooking menu items precisely. Responsibilities include completing cleaning tasks and ensuring a well-organized kitchen. This role operates on a 20-on, 10-off rotational schedule, offering an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail
• Execute daily and monthly cleaning schedules
• Maintain organized and clean food storage areas
• Uphold food safety and quality compliance
• Adhere to established Safety Policies

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of culinary experience in high-volume kitchens
• Alberta Journeyman Cook Certification preferred
• Valid Food Safety certification is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
