SHOP HAND (WELLSERVICE) – EAST SHOP (GPC)
The Shop Hand is responsible for performing daily shopduties and make decisions concerning prioritization in accomplishing assignedtasks.
Responsibilities:
Ensure thatTrican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is thepriority in all activities
Ensure the shopis clean and organized at all times
Operate overheadhoist
Maintain andoperate various power hand tools
Work extendedhours periodically and be available for after-hours call-ins




Report any safetyor mechanical deficiencies or other areas of concern to supervisor
Operate allequipment in a safe and responsible manner
Occasional hotshots of parts or equipment to field locations
Experience & Skills:
Valid Class 5Driver's licence is required
High schooldiploma is an asset
Safe drivingskills; driver’s abstract will be requested
Physically fit –heavy lifting required
Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadershipand managerial skills
Skilled inproblem-solving techniques
