As part of the Lids team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey by providing expert advice on our extensive range of headwear and sports apparel. Your mission will be to create memorable shopping experiences, maintain store presentation, and drive sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
• Assist with managing store inventory and processing shipments
• Maintain a skilled appearance according to dress code
• Participate in other store duties as necessary

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shifts
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
