About the Position
We are looking for a friendly,professional, and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Agent to joinour team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guestswith room reservations, providing information about the hotel and its services,and ensuring each guest receives a positive experience from the first point ofcontact.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming reservation inquiries by phone,email, and other booking channels.

Create, modify, and cancel guest reservationsaccurately.

Provide guests with information regarding roomtypes, rates, packages, amenities, policies, and hotel services.

Assist guests in selecting accommodations that bestmeet their needs.

Confirm reservation details and ensure all guestinformation is entered accurately into the hotel reservation system.

Respond to guest questions and requests in a timelyand professional manner.

Promote hotel services, upgrades, packages, andother opportunities when appropriate.

Coordinate with the Front Desk and otherdepartments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Maintain accurate reservation records and followhotel procedures.

Handle special requests and communicate them to theappropriate departments.

Assist with group bookings and small groupinquiries as required.

Process payments, deposits, and otherreservation-related transactions when applicable.

Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude atall times.

Follow hotel standards for customer service,privacy, and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous hotel, reservations, customer service, orhospitality experience is considered an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Professional telephone and email etiquette.





Comfortable working with computers and hotelreservation systems.

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of ateam.

Versatile availability, including evenings,weekends, and holidays as required

Bilingualism or additional languages are consideredan asset.

Visa Requirements:
Mustbe legally authorized to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assistcandidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
