As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an Automotive Inspection Manager to lead our vehicle inspection department within our reconditioning facility. This role focuses on overseeing vehicle inspections, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians to ensure vehicles are retail-ready and completed efficiently. Evening availability is required.What you’ll do:Lead and oversee the daily operations of the vehicle inspection departmentManage a team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians while promoting accountability, performance, and productivityEnsure all vehicles meet Clutch’s quality and safety standards prior to retail readinessOversee vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repair recommendations, and quality control processesMonitor production timelines and ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and on scheduleEstablish and monitor department KPIs and production metricsPartner with leadership to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and inspection processesProvide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to team membersBuild a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, communication, and ownershipSupport hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management within the departmentCollaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and operations teams to support business demandsEnsure inspection documentation and reporting is completed accurately and consistentlyMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environmentManage department resources, tooling, and equipment maintenanceWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 5–7 years of automotive experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management roleStrong understanding of vehicle inspections, diagnostics,
