D365 CE QA Automation Engineer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CE QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Ontario.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery and seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.

Create and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data.

Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to understand requirements and validate solutions.

Validate customizations, configurations, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations within D365 CE.

Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Power Platform Test Studio .

Test integrations with external systems, APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform components.

Identify, document, and track defects using Azure Dev

Ops or Jira.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills: 5+ years of QA Automation experience.



3+ years of hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.

Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium Web

Driver, Playwright, Cypress, or Easy

Repro .

Experience with C#, .NET, Java

Script, or Type

Script for automation scripting.

Knowledge of Azure Dev

Ops , CI/CD pipelines, and test management practices.

Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.

Understanding of D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service .

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) testing.

Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.

Knowledge of Azure cloud services.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.

Experience in enterprise-level CRM implementations.
