Make a difference in children's lives as a full-time Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 at Kids & Company in Evanston. Support emotional and social growth in an inclusive setting.

You'll provide 1:1 support to children with diverse learning needs and collaborate with families and professionals to implement tailored goals. This role promotes a safe and nurturing environment while focusing on children's overall development through effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster participation and independence in children
• Implement developmental strategies with families
• Create and maintain a nurturing learning atmosphere
• Complete essential daily documentation and health checks
• Provide support across classrooms as needed

Requirements:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification
• Current Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B
• Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience supporting children with exceptionalities advantageous
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
