In this role, you will support various initiatives aimed at improving patient experiences through insights and measurable improvements. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating project activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outputs. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects within a multidisciplinary team
• Prepare reports, presentations, and essential project documents
• Collect and analyze patient-reported experience metrics




• Facilitate communication with patient partners
• Proactively identify quality improvement opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in patient experience or project coordination
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data reporting
• Excellent facilitation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
