Sr. Project Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Project Manager for a five-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Calgary office.

Sr. Project Manager - Job Description:
The Sr. Project Manager will oversee key projects within the Guest Experience & Marketing department, focusing on delivering outcomes aligned with department KPIs and annual objectives. The role involves managing a variety of projects, including platform upgrades and process automation, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Sr. Project Manager - Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones are achieved
Monitor progress against the plan and proactively address delays or blockers
Act as the central coordination point across teams and business units
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions
Provide regular updates on progress, risks,



and outcomes

Sr. Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
5-8+ years of project management experience in complex environments
Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Experience with risk management, dependency management, and governance
Excellent communication skills across executive and operational audiences
Leadership and influence without authority
Strategic thinking with strong execution focus

Sr. Project Manager - Nice-to-Have Skills:
Change management
Robust skills in MS Planner or similar
Vendor / partner management experience

Sr. Project Manager - Assignment Length:
This is a five-month contract position.
