PBS Systems is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our Client Services team in Calgary. You will provide excellent support to recent and existing customers in the Sales module, guiding them through development, install, and training of dealership software, with online and phone assistance.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries via multiple channels, documenting interactions in our ticketing system, and collaborating across teams to improve service delivery.
