Cape Breton University seeks a Research Manager for its transformative initiative aimed at improving healthcare, housing, and social support for aging citizens. Your role will include managing a project budget exceeding $1 million while ensuring compliance with organizational protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on effective aging in place across rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate financial activities related to the grant
• Develop and forecast project budgets
• Support data management plan implementation




• Assist with research ethics applications
• Facilitate interdisciplinary research meetings

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years managing research budgets over $1 million
• Experience in team development and workforce coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods

Lead critical research efforts to support aging populations in Nova Scotia effectively.
