Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum five years of relevant HR experience
• Proven experience in advising on workforce planning
• Upskill in legislative employment practices
• Must be able to travel occasionally within Alberta
