Drive positive change as the Women's Safe Shelter Manager with North East Outreach and Support Services. Oversee shelter operations, support at-risk individuals, and promote safety and healing.
In this full-time role, you'll lead the Women’s Safe Shelter and the 2nd Stage Housing operations in Saskatchewan. Your expertise in conflict resolution, organization, and interpersonal communication will be pivotal in supporting victims of violence. Responsibilities include staff management, fiscal oversight, and community engagement to ensure a protected environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead shelter staff and mediate issues
• Prepare reports for funders and board
• Oversee daily operations and building maintenance
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures
• Advocate for clients through community relations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years management experience
• Experience with budgeting and financial monitoring
• Empathy for at-risk individuals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license required
