Lead impactful programs at Red Door, a not-for-profit dedicated to ending homelessness. This full-time Program Manager role focuses on client-centered services, staff supervision, and program delivery.

As a Program Manager, you will oversee effective shelter services and manage staff devoted to assisting vulnerable populations. Your leadership will ensure quality programming, response to crises, and collaboration on initiatives that enrich the client experience. You will also engage in performance management processes to enhance team and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ongoing quality programming and services delivery
• Ensure client-centered programs are effectively achieved
• Manage staff performance and maintain communication systems




• Evaluate staff training development plans and schedules
• Supervise students to support their learning objectives

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Services or related field
• Minimum two years' experience in client service and staff supervision
• Proven ability to manage budgets and program compliance
• Excellent conflict management and decision-making skills
• Robust interpersonal and communication abilities
