The Card Reconciliation, Product Control Group role supports the Cards products for P&C; businesses, and is the first line of defense of control for the credit card product. This role includes working with stakeholders in such areas as the Front Office, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Operations, and Technology. This role will encompass reconciliation, audit experience, suspense accounts, and general ledgers. The incumbent for this role must possess the following skills:
Strong reconciliation skills
Strong audit experience
Accounting background
Strong Excel skills macros, V look- ups
Experience with Microsoft co-pilot or other AI functionality
Strong communications skills as this role will engage with our internal business partners
Attention to detail is a must
Analytic skills is also a requirement for the role
Problem-solving skills is also a requirement for the role
Ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment
Month-end, Quarter-end reporting background an asset
Strong organization skills
Ability learn quick and work independently
Salary: $38,500.00 - $71,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried
The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
