As a Distribution Associate I at Stryker, your primary responsibility will be to support warehouse operations from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and verify received goods against packing slips
• Pick and pack products for timely shipment
• Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy




• Maintain detailed records of all transactions
• Identify and report discrepancies to Quality Assurance

Requirements:
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Preferred: 2+ years in a distribution or manufacturing setting
• Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems like Oracle
