Enhance the patient experience as an Optical Associate with FYidoctors' Vancouver clinic, providing exceptional eyewear solutions and customer service in a collaborative team. Engage with patients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to ensure their needs are met.

This fixed-term position involves working 30-40 hours weekly until November 1, 2027. You will aid in frame selection, interpret prescriptions, and handle appointments efficiently, ensuring patients receive tailored eyewear and excellent service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and manage their visits efficiently
• Assist with eyewear selection based on lifestyle
• Interpret and apply optical prescriptions
• Coordinate patient appointments and billing processes
• Assist with contact lenses fitting and orders

Requirements:
• Optical or retail experience is an asset
• Strong tech skills, particularly in MS Office
• Excellent communication and customer interaction
• Capable of thriving in a rapid-paced clinic
