Reporting to the General Manager, the Commercial Project Coordinator will work alongside the project managers and provide estimating support for various tender formats, support tender submissions and maintain accurate project documentation throughout all phases of commercial construction projects.

Job Duties

Prepare material take-offs and cost estimated for commercial construction projects.

Participate in bid coordination including invites, subcontractor communication and question management.

Review project plans, specifications and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing requirements.

Prepare and submit tender documents and estimate packages for bid opportunities.

Obtain and evaluate pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, PCNs, change orders,



submittals, schedule updates and related records.

Coordinate project closeout documentation and handovers.

Skills, Abilities & Experience

Experience in construction estimating and tender preparation.

Exceptional organizational and document management skills with a high attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.

Self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Valid class 5 driver’s licence.
