Position Summary
Are you naturally organized, tech-comfortable, and energized by keeping moving parts in order? As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in our Flooring department’s daily success. From offloading incoming trucks and processing documentation in Floor Manager to staging materials for next-day deliveries, your work will ensure our field teams and homeowners get exactly what they need, right when they need it
Compensation
Salary Range: $25-$30/hour

What You’ll Do
R eceiving & Offloading: Inspect incoming trucks, safely offload freight using a forklift, and process delivery documentation accurately.
Inventory & Systems Management: Receive products into Floor Manager software and promptly notify the Flooring Administrator so job site deliveries and pickups can be scheduled.
Warehouse Organization & Staging: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and logically organized while staging all materials and orders ahead of time for next-day driver routes.
Driver & Operational Support: Assist lead delivery personnel with job site staging and route preparation to ensure smooth daily dispatches.
Administrative Collaboration: Work closely alongside the Flooring Administrator to align inventory intake with broader project timelines and scheduling.
What You Bring
Licensing & Certification: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a valid Forklift Ticket. Clean criminal background check required.
Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with experience (or strong comfort level)
using inventory tracking software like Floor Manager and job management platforms like eClaim; willing to cross-train on administrative tasks.
Physical Capability: Strong physical fitness with the desire and ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy flooring materials and supplies throughout the day using proper ergonomic techniques.
Driving Experience: Proven ability to safely operate larger transport vehicles (such as cube trucks and 5-ton trucks) for occasional delivery support and backup routes.
Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail: Exceptional time management skills, strict attention to detail, and a process-driven approach to keeping a fast-paced warehouse organized and effective.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, coordinate closely with the Flooring Administrator.
Schedule & Availability: Ability to reliably work the fixed full-time shift of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Safety Mindset: A proactive, safety-first attitude committed to maintaining proper warehouse safety and safe material handling practices.
Industry Experience: Background in warehouse operations, receiving, freight handling, moving, or delivery preferred.
