The Dairy Manager will provide leadership to department teammates, drive sales and profitability, maintain product availability and quality, and actively contribute to a positive environment of employee and customer engagement.**Here's where you'll have an impact:**Lead the daily operations of the Dairy Department and ensure department standards are consistently maintainedAdhere to and enforce all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety requirements, corporate policies, and other programs and initiativesOrder, receive, rotate, and merchandise stock in accordance with company inventory control proceduresMaintain appropriate inventory levels while managing shrink, waste, out-of-stocks, and product rotationEnsure shelves, displays, bunkers, coolers, and promotional areas are full, faced, organized, and merchandised to company standardsProvide superior customer service and ensure customer needs are addressed in a professional and timely mannerDrive department sales by effectively merchandising and promoting featured,
